Professional Law Enforcement Tactics (P.L.E.T.) is based on preventive measures and various defence techniques that can be optimally applied in self-defence situations both on and off duty. Properly trained personnel are required to carry out tasks in a professional and appropriate manner during a mission under difficult and threatening circumstances.
The P.L.E.T. system is a modern defence system based on natural reflexes, which reveals its effectiveness after just a short time. Specific consideration is given to the needs and prerequisites of the participants.
This is a targeted program that was developed specifically for enforcement agencies and personal protection and covers your needs at the highest level.
The three cornerstones of the P.L.E.T. system are effectiveness, reality and functionality. The aim is to survive day-to-day difficult, life-threatening situations while on or off-duty without putting your life or the lives of your colleagues in danger. The P.L.E.T. courses and the seminars teach specific, preventive measures, training methods, strategies and defence techniques, as well as tactics that are highly relevant to enforcement agencies. The modules can be attended as a whole, and can also be tailored to the needs and preferences of the target group.

This module is intended primarily to train preventive measures, and also helps allay fears and keep emotions more under control in order to increase confidence while on duty. On the program, various different conflicts with one or several armed or unarmed attackers from different distances are trained and simulated. The training covers reflexes, fitness and defence and attack techniques. In real life, the threat levels will of course depend on the opponent’s behaviour and may vary accordingly.
